Refund Policy

1. General

At Kosovo Wild Freeride, we strive to provide the best adventure experiences in the Accursed Mountains (Bjeshkët e Nemuna), Kosovo. All refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By booking a tour with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Client

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: ermalselmanaj200@gmail.com

• Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the tour start date:

7–14 days50% of total cost

Less than 7 daysNo refund

• Bank or payment processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund.

3. Cancellation by Kosovo Wild Freeride

We reserve the right to cancel tours under the following circumstances:

• Extreme weather or unsafe conditions

• Safety risks for participants

• Insufficient bookings

• Other unforeseen events

In such cases:

• You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or

• We will offer the option to reschedule or transfer your booking to a future date.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

• Requests to change the date or type of tour must be sent in writing to our email.

• Modifications are subject to availability.

• Fees may apply depending on the new booking.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Deposit payments (if specified) may be non-refundable in certain promotions.

• Optional extras purchased separately (equipment rental, additional services) may not be refundable.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, usually 5–10 business days.
