1. Introduction

Welcome to Kosovo Wild Freeride. By using our website or booking tours, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and tours. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized partners.

  • Payment must be completed in full or as specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Kosovo Wild Freeride reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received on time.

  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed price.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by the Client:

    • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

    • Refunds depend on the time before the tour start date, as follows:

      • More than 14 days before: 80% refund

      • 7–14 days before: 50% refund

      • Less than 7 days: No refund

  • Cancellation by Kosovo Wild Freeride:

    • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather, safety risks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Full refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered in such cases.

4. Health & Safety

  • Participants must ensure they are physically fit for hiking, skiing, or other adventure activities.

  • You are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your safety or that of others.

  • Kosovo Wild Freeride reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit or unsafe.

5. Liability

  • Kosovo Wild Freeride, its guides, and partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during tours unless caused by gross negligence.

  • Participation in activities is at your own risk.

  • All participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all participants have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.

  • Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the tour.

  • ​

7. Conduct

  • Participants must follow guides’ instructions at all times.

  • Kosovo Wild Freeride reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves or others, without refund.

8. Photography & Media

  • By participating in our tours, you consent to photography and videography by Kosovo Wild Freeride for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Kosovo Wild Freeride may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

  • ​

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kosovo.
